Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on online or in person courses, ebooks, or physical products. 

Training T&C's

Please take note of the terms and conditions for the Hair Extension training courses and VIP training days. 

We acknowledge that sometimes there is a need to cancel your enrolment from a course/training workshop.

If you cannot attend, or no longer require a place, please provide notice of cancellation at least 7 working days prior to the course start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your being charged the full course/training workshop fee. 

All in person & online course are non refundable.

As you get lifetime access to all of the course material, under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
 
All Training Course are GPHE Accredited & Approved, which is a UK based Accreditation. (Guild Of Professional Hair Extensionists). If you are training from outside of the UK, please check the eligibility of this certification in your country. 

Hair Bookings

Once the hair is ordered and booking fee is paid, all hair extensions are non refundable.

Review appointment's are applicable for up to 2 weeks after your initial appointment, if any tweaks or adjustments need to be made. Anything after this time will need to be a new paid appointment.
